Josephine: Is a behavioral scientist with a long interest in people's mental and physical well-being. With a background in dance and training, the interest and introduction to yoga was created via her mother where she participated in her courses and saw the benefits of yoga and how people changed and developed. Josephine's own yoga practice from an early age and through yoga lessons with yoga teacher Schölander who was one of those who brought yoga to Sweden in the 70s. Josephine is a trained yoga teacher in ISHTA by Ulrika Norberg. Also trained in Restorative, Yin yoga, Nidra yoga, PT yoga and paryoga.

Teaching: I myself have had yoga in my life and processed the passing of siblings and other life's transformative events. For a couple of years now, I have been teaching and working with young people. Together we have touched on and talked about anxiety, worry and stress, low self-esteem and body image. I have also worked with PT yoga, live broadcast yoga, pregnant yoga, paryoga and teenage yoga. I have followed many yoga teachers through life and practice yoga and meditation every day. Yoga is a part of life and a tool that works for life.
